In our efforts to continually enhance the functionality and value of our WAM!NET® Services, we will perform scheduled maintenance on:

  • Date: Saturday, August 18, 2012
  • Start Time: 08:00 CDT (GMT-05:00)
  • Duration: 6 hours

Purpose

  • Infrastructure Maintenance:
      During this scheduled maintenance period we will perform maintenance on our infrastructure to further improve service performance and reliability.

Availability of Services during Maintenance

  • US Customers: WAM!NET Portal (www.wamnet.com) and Portal customizations will be available with the exception that any file transfers will not be delivered until following the maintenance window. Direct! and Direct!IP file transfer appliances will be able to send files to other file transfer appliances, however package tracking and notifications will be unavailable during this time.
  • European Customers: WAM!NET Portal (www.wamnet.com.uk) and Portal customizations, will not be available. Direct! and Direct!IP file transfer appliances will be able to send files to other file transfer appliances, however package tracking and notifications will be unavailable during this time.
